So, I have been waiting for this movie to come out FOREVER. Unfortunately, it has questionable material so I will likely never watch it. However, the reason I was so excited as because one of my favorite bands, M83, was commissioned to to the entire soundtrack. I have been listening to it and love it. Wouldn't it be cool if more movies commissioned artists to write original music just for the soundtrack?
There are a few soundtracks that I love just because of the artists and type of music. Twilight (no puking sounds please) and 50 First Dates. You don't have to see the movies to love the music either, although it helps. Also, I love the soundtrack to Yentl. It's all Barbra Steisand. Yup, I am all over the place.
I do like M83, and thought the movie looked very good, so I'm interested in Jeff and Cailey doing a small review of the movie to let us know how it all is.
You know I thought it was pretty good through the most part of it, but the ending, Jeff and I thought was pretty silly. There was a slight naked scene, but its the back side... still thought they didnt have to put it in there but honestly I watched it and was really into it just about all the way through the movie. I did not watch any trailers or previews before going in. Jeff really lost interest in it about half way, some of it just seemed like they gave up a little bit. Sorry I have not been able to do any reviews lately, just because of school! :p Love ya guys!

ReplyDeleteOliver is on the BYU channel in a couple of weeks. I know- random comment I know... but I love that show, and it's not ever on.
ReplyDeleteWe rent Oliver from the library!! It's one of our favorites.
