For every ones consideration, here is a preliminary schedule.
Friday night, Marshmallow War
Saturday
Morn- paint balling or Grandma's tea party
12:30 Grandpa's Bingo
2: 00 Slip and Slide, water fight?
6:00 Candy Jar Guess
7:00 ??? (Any ideas)?
8:30 Greg's "Bean's Apples to Apples"
or something else.
Sunday morning
What o what should we do? Church is at 1:00. We'd
love you to go with us.
As in years past, we are each taking a meal to
furnish, prepare, and clean up after for the family.
Alisha is planning on Friday night.
Jenny, I think, is Sat. night.
That leaves Sat. morn, I'll take Grandma's Tea party
so that will leave an Adult lunch on Sat. and
Sunday morning
I'll do whatever is left over.
We are pretty set for Grandpa's bingo but it's always
fun to see what your guys come up with, but don't
knock yourselves out.
Remember the candy jars, one for each member of your family.
These can be any size you want with any candy you wish.
Have the candy counted, packed and recorded before the game.
Any more ideas??? give me your input and I'll do a
proper page with the scheduling. LOVES Mom
Thanks for getting this all organized, Julie! Mike told me that we are planning on doing Saturday lunch? If that still works with your schedule we'd love to take care of that one! We're so excited to see everyone!
ReplyDeleteHey momma! We are excited to come. Like Liz said, we'll take Saturday lunch. As for the schedule, I think it looks good. We unfortunately won't be able to go to church at 1:00. We have to make the drive home that day and have to get an early start. The rest of the schedule looks just peachy. Let us know if we can do anything to help prepare! We look forward to seeing everyone!

We're excited for the candy jars- just found 3 new jars at garage sales that we're excited to fill!! Dinner for Sat. sounds great. I am thinking cold cereal or mac n' cheese- sound okay to everyone?
ReplyDeleteOn a STUPID note, I do think you need to change the candy jar's to earlier. i will miss sharing and eating them all weekend with everyone. And I don't think my kids (or anyone elses for that matter) will be able to stare at them all weekend. Sticky Fingers.
We could always do candy jars Friday evening.

I wonder if we could post something really obnoxious and no one would ever know it? Or maybe we could tell everyone that mom and dad are giving away $ to anyone who reads and responds. Not that it matters, I just always wonder who is acutally reading this stuff! :)

ReplyDeleteOf course we read this stuff. I am just reading it a few days later:) I didn't think we were having bingo this year so I am not prepared for that. I'll put an activity together for Sat. night before the kids go to bed and I'll do Sat morning breakfast. I think we need to do something Thursday because from what I understand there will be a few of us there. I will think of something.
