Does it Make me a Bad Mom if...
Brant really wants to keep the wings, legs and head of the swan Blair shot. I put my foot down (HARD) and told him there was no way he was going to keep them on his "special" shelf in his room. He cried and begged to keep them, so as it was cold he put them under the bench on the porch (i hid them in a pizza box). Today, while cleaning up, the box may accidently get thrown in the garbage.

ReplyDeleteLove my boys, hate thier dead things. I feel so bad that I won't let him keep all the snips and snails and puppy dog tails. Thanks for not making me feel bad. When he gets older, let him know that I am not such a bad mom and that I did agonize over these things. Thanks!
